Payment info and ordering proces:

• The commissioner will fill out the form given that you can find here and mail it to miyuu88@hotmail.nl

• I will start drawing after payment has been made.

  • ​So you will pay 100% upfront before I will start the drawing

• When I have accepted the commission you will receive an invoice.

  • You will have 48 hours to pay for it, if you need more time we can discuss it.​

• All payments will be in euro's. 

  • Paypal converts currencies if you dont have euro's.
     

Extra costs:​

• Detailed design.

  • Characters who have very detailed clothes

  • Alot of accessoires

• Props. 

  • I will charge extra for props, the amount depends on the size of the prop and the detail.​

  • This includes: weapons, objects and animals.

• Extra characters

 

Refunds:

• I take no refunds

  • Only way to get a refund is if I can't get the commission done and have to cancel it myself​. WHich mean you will get a full refund.

Work process and Revisions:

• After payment is done I will start sketching.

• I will show the sketch and you may make as many revisions as you want.

  • No other revisions can be made after the sketch progress!

  • After the revisions I will start the lineart.​

• I will not be held responsible for any wrong info you give me about the character and I only can change things when I'm still sketching

• I will keep you updated on the progress. 

  • You may always message me and ask how far I am but ofcourse don't do this daily. ​

Keychains and Standees:

• It is posible for chibies to be made into keychains and standees.

• It is possible for Half bodies and Full bodies to be made into standees.

• Discuss it with me beforehand if you are interested in this.

• Backgrounds are limited, not every background works with standees.

• This can take a long time because I order my own convention merch at the same time.

  • Ask me when I will make my next order.​

  • 2 weeks of shipping to me and then a certain amount to the country of destination.

• There will be extra costs

  • Materials are mostly around 5 euro depending on size.​

  • Shipping costs will be 5 euro.

• ONLY GO FOR THIS IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT FOR A FEW MONTHS!

Final product:

• Ownership of the artwork remains with the artist.

• You will receive the final image as a full resolution PNG.

• I may post a watermarked version on my own social media.

Usage:

You are allowed to:​

• Use the finished product as your icon or banner on your personal social media. (excludes Twitch and youtube banners because thats a commercial usage)

• Post a watermarked version online for other people to see, with credits to me the artist.

• Print out the artwork for personal usages.

 

Do not:

• Use the product as a part of a commercial product or to promote one. (e.g. promotional material, game assets)

• Print the artwork (on merchandise) to sell to others.

• Edit the final product.

• Claim you created the artwork.
